Acquire Digital Talent is delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Rushe as Chief Marketing Officer at Natures Menu.
Natures Menu started as a small family business in 1981, and they’ve been flying the flag for real pet food from day one. They’re proud to offer an unrivalled range of raw and natural pet foods for cats and dogs. They put healthy nutrition and real food at the heart of everything they do and are one of the UK’s largest raw pet food providers.
Natures Menu was recently acquired by Agrolimen, the world’s 5th largest pet food provider (#3 in Europe), with a worldwide turnover of over $2.5 billion.
Due to this acquisition, Natures Menu has been building out their senior leadership team, with CMO identified as a critical initial hire.
Eva Coloma Orteu enlisted the support of Acquire Digital Talent to help with this vital assignment, looking for a senior marketer with a strong background in the subscription space, alongside solid performance marketing expertise, but also having the broader marketing experience to support Natures Menu throughout this growth journey.
After a lengthy market mapping exercise, several talented professionals were identified, with Chris showing a solid alignment.
Having joined as one of the UK’s first hires at HealthTech provider Livi, Chris was a crucial figure in the growth of this brand in the UK over many years. He’s also worked with brands like Disney+ (DisneyLife) and Tandem Bank.
Chris is joining Natures Menu at a hugely exciting growth period for the business into one of the most exciting available positions in 2023.
