What You’ll Do
Build the System, Not Just Run the Ads
You’ll bring the operating system that makes them fast AND predictable:
Monthly creative insights that inform the pipeline 30-90 days out
Forecasting models that Finance trusts
Structured testing frameworks across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
Data confidence that ends the “what does this number even mean?” conversations
Lead Like You’ve Been Here Before
You’ve spent $50M+ across paid channels. You know which levers to pull and when to stay calm while everyone else panics. Confident but not arrogant. Experienced but still curious.
Make Creative and Paid Media Work Together
Their creative team is world-class. Their paid media team is sharp. You’ll be the bridge who connects performance data to creative strategy in real time—ensuring 200 ads per month aren’t just volume, they’re velocity with direction.
Who You Are
✅ 7+ years leading growth at high-velocity DTC brands
✅ Owned $20M+ annual acquisition budgets (ideally $50M+)
✅ Worked at a 9-figure business
✅ Fluent in Meta, Google, YouTube, and testing new channels
✅ Understand forecasting, MMM, attribution, incrementality (actually used them)
✅ Hit customer + margin targets simultaneously
✅ Lead with influence, not authority

Comp: $250-300K base + performance bonus
️ PTO: Unlimited (actually encouraged)
Location: Fully remote (US-based)
