Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

Most social media jobs give you a brand guideline, a content calendar and a manager telling you what to post.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing startup that’s already partnering with some of the biggest names in fashion and lifestyle, but now needs the right person to take the brand from “promising” to impossible to ignore.

What you’ll actually be doing
You’ll own the entire social ecosystem across TikTok and Instagram.

That means:
Driving organic audience growth
Creating and directing content
Building a genuine student community
Managing ambassadors and creators
Spotting what works and scaling it fast
Helping shape the cultural identity of the brand

Some days you’ll be briefing creators.
Some days you’ll be editing content yourself.
Some days you’ll be filming in the office or on campus.
Some days you’ll be jumping on trends before everyone else catches up.

You’ll have a huge amount of ownership and freedom to make things happen.

What success looks like
You know how to:
Build engaged online communities
Grow accounts organically
Create content people actually care about
Make brands feel culturally relevant
Move quickly without waiting for permission

You probably:
Have experience growing social accounts from scratch
Understand TikTok instinctively
Have strong creative taste
Are obsessed with content, trends and internet culture
Can think strategically but execute practically
Aren’t afraid to get hands dirty

Most importantly. You’re a doer.
