What You’ll Learn & Own
This isn’t a role where you’ll just post on social media.
You’ll help shape how our brand is seen, create content that starts conversations with founders and business leaders, and learn how great content supports commercial growth.
You’ll:
Create LinkedIn content, newsletters and short-form video
Film and edit content using CapCut
Repurpose podcasts into engaging social content
Help grow the personal brands of our team
Support events, campaigns and community initiatives
Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing
Bring new ideas that strengthen our brand and grow our audience
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll probably have 1–3 years’ experience in content, social media or marketing and be confident using tools like CapCut, Canva and ChatGPT.
More importantly, you’re someone who loves creating, enjoys trying new ideas and wants to build a career where your work has a visible impact.

£30,000–£35,000 FTE (pro rata)
