You’ll work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across ecommerce, content, CRM, paid media and product, ensuring SEO is embedded into every major growth initiative.

If you’re excited by AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Reddit, TikTok Search and the future of organic discovery, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment, innovate and help define what modern SEO looks like inside a scaling consumer brand.

What you’ll be doing
Owning the SEO roadmap from strategy through to execution
Leading technical SEO initiatives and identifying growth opportunities
Shaping content strategy alongside an in-house content team
Driving collaboration with developers, ecommerce, CRM and paid media teams
Building reporting frameworks and measuring commercial impact
Exploring new opportunities across AI-powered search and emerging discovery platforms
Acting as the internal SEO expert and champion for best practice

What we’re looking for
You could currently be an SEO Lead, Senior SEO Manager, Organic Growth Lead or a high-performing agency SEO specialist looking to move in-house.

You’ll likely bring:
5+ years of SEO experience
Strong technical SEO expertise
Experience developing and owning SEO strategies
A commercial mindset and strong analytical skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution
Fluent French and strong English

Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys solving complex growth challenges and wants to have a genuine impact on a business that’s scaling quickly.

What’s on offer
€50,000–€65,000 base salary depending on experience
