We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth B2B SaaS/AI company backed by top-tier VCs. This is a chance to join a scaling GTM team, close strategic deals, and help shape the future of a category-defining product.
What you’ll be doing:
Own and close complex mid-market to enterprise deals (ACV $30k–$200k+)
Prospect, demo, and drive deals from first touch to signature
Work closely with founders, sales leaders, and product teams to refine ICP and messaging
Navigate multistakeholder buying groups and lead consultative sales conversations
Help shape playbooks and best practices as the sales team scales
About you:
3–6+ years’ experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales (ideally in Series A–C startups)
Proven success closing deals in technical or complex environments
Confident selling to VP/C-level stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, or Ops
Comfortable working in an early-stage, often ambiguous setting
Based in NYC (preferred) or open to remote for top performers in the US
Bonus points for:
Experience in AI, Data, or Infrastructure SaaS
Prior startup experience (founding team or first sales hire a plus)
Exposure to PLG or bottom-up sales motions
Compensation:
Base salary: $120,000 – $160,000
OTE: $240,000 – $320,000+ (uncapped)
