After 10 years of disrupting the sneaker game and partnering with the biggest brands in the business, they’re profitable and growing. Now, they’re looking for a CRM specialist to take their retention game to the next level.
As Senior CRM & Retention Specialist, you’ll:
– Own the entire customer lifecycle strategy, from first click to loyal fan
– Build sophisticated automation workflows in Braze
– Create personalized journeys that keep their community engaged
– Work directly with the broader team to shape product strategy
– Have the freedom to implement your ideas and see real impact
You’ll love this role if you:
– Have 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience with proven retention wins (ideally within a marketplace. Retail/eCommerce will also be considered)
– Are a Braze power user who can build complex automations in your sleep
– Love diving deep into data to uncover insights and optimize campaigns
– Get excited about both crafting strategy AND rolling up your sleeves to execute
– Thrive in a direct, no-BS environment where the best ideas win
