What you’ll be doing
Managing UK/EU roles from brief to offer
Qualifying, supporting, and guiding candidates throughout the process
Building talent pools for repeat clients
Maintaining consistently high candidate experience
No cold calling.
No BD targets.
No pressure to “grow a desk”.

This role is for you if:
You have 3–6 years’ agency recruitment experience
You enjoy delivery more than sales
You take pride in quality, process, and candidate care
You want stability without stagnation
You might currently be a Delivery Consultant, Senior Resourcer, or a 360 recruiter who prefers the delivery side of the role.

Package
£35,000–£45,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Commission via our existing split structure
Clear role boundaries and expectations
