What You’ll Be Responsible For — And Why It Matters
Own performance reporting
You’ll manage Meta (core) and TikTok reporting — tracking CAC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR.
Clear insight → better decisions → lower acquisition costs.
Build structured creative testing
You’ll create testing roadmaps with defined hypotheses instead of random iterations.
More disciplined testing → higher creative win rates → scalable campaigns.
Improve creative performance through data
You’ll brief UGC creators and designers using performance insights — refining hooks, offers, and messaging.
Better creative → stronger conversion → sustainable scaling.
Work directly with Growth leadership
Minimal hierarchy. Fast decisions.

Who This Is Built For
You likely have:
2–5 years in Paid Social (DTC or DTC-focused agency)
Strong hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
Experience managing and scaling paid budgets
Confidence building dashboards and presenting performance insights
Experience linking data to creative decisions
Native-level French + solid English
You’re probably:
A Senior Exec ready for greater ownership
