What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll own the day-to-day strategy and execution of email, SMS, and campaign workflows for thousands of pet owners. Think segmentation logic, A/B testing that moves metrics, and campaign variants that speak to real customer needs. You’ll collaborate directly with their creative team to bring ideas to life—from briefs through to KPI analysis.
The best part? You’ll work alongside a manager who’s actively rebuilding their automation architecture. You’re not cleaning up mess alone; you’re part of a team that’s fixing things at the foundation level.
Your missions:
Set up, optimise, and launch campaigns in Klaviyo (segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability)
Build campaign briefs with creative, manage variants at scale, track performance KPIs
Own audience logic and campaign workflows
Contribute strategically to campaign evolution

Who We’re Looking For
✓ 1+ years in CRM campaign management (not automation-focused roles)
✓ Hands-on Klaviyo experience (or strong CRM fundamentals + appetite to learn)
✓ Campaign mechanics in your blood: segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, HTML email basics
✓ Native French speaker (you’ll be based anywhere in France—your choice)
✓ Fluent English (team communicates across multiple languages)
✓ Self-sufficient mindset: You don’t need hand-holding after onboarding
The energy: Detail-oriented but strategic. You think about campaigns as journeys, not one-off emails.
