Our client, one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C subscription brands, is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to drive their next phase of growth.
The Role:
– Own and scale an 8-figure annual marketing budget across paid social and search
– Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution (Instagram, TikTok, Google)
– Build and manage a high-performing team
– Work closely with in-house creative studio to optimize content performance
– Drive international expansion across UK, US, and Europe
– Shape data-driven growth strategy using SQL and analytics tools
The Person:
– Proven track record in D2C/B2C performance marketing
– Experience managing large monthly ad spend
– Strong understanding of lead generation and subscription models
– Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
– Technical mindset with data analysis capabilities
– Experience scaling successful paid social campaigns
