Head of Growth (DTC eCommerce)
$160–200K + bonus + equity | US (remote)
I’m partnering directly with a fast-scaling premium DTC pet brand to hire a Head of Growth.
This is a true build + P&L ownership role — you’ll report to the founder and own how the business acquires, converts, and retains customers as it scales.
Important: This role is specifically for operators who have scaled DTC product brands (ideally ~$10M–$50M revenue).
We’re not looking for agency, marketplace-only, or non-eCommerce backgrounds.
What you’ll own
Full growth marketing P&L (paid, retention, CRO, partnerships)
Scaling paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok (7-figure budgets)
Reducing reliance on Meta → building durable acquisition channels
Standing up CRO, affiliate, and lifecycle programs from scratch
Leading a team across paid, organic, CRM, influencer & outbound
What we’re looking for
7+ years in growth/performance marketing within DTC eCommerce
Experience scaling a brand to ~$15M+ revenue with profitable unit economics
Deep, hands-on expertise across paid media + creative testing
Proven ability to build non-paid channels (affiliate, influencer, CRM)
Comfortable operating in-platform as well as at strategy level
Strong people leadership
