What you’ll do:
Own the complete DTC P&L
Lead and develop a mature team of 15+ specialists across paid channels, e-commerce and CRM
Manage a £5M+ digital trade spend budget across acquisition and retention
Drive subscription growth and optimize metrics, including CAC, retention, AOV and LTV
Report directly to the C-suite and influence the strategic direction
Collaborate with brand teams to balance performance and brand marketing
Work with internal tech and data teams to implement website optimization and data-driven decision-making
Build annual P&L budgets with sophisticated forecasting methodologies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:
7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, particularly with DTC subscription businesses
2-3 years in growth leadership at brands in the £20-40M revenue range
A proven track record scaling online businesses through customer acquisition and retention
Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing multiple channel specialists
Strong analytical abilities to leverage data for strategic decisions
Experience with customer loyalty, retention programs and subscription platforms
Confidence in board-level communication and stakeholder management

The package:
OTE c. £130k-£140k (base & bonus)
Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements
Monthly UK-based team meetups
