Our client is disrupting the energy sector with their customer-first approach and commitment to sustainability. Backed by a major European utility company while maintaining their startup culture, they’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join their leadership team.
You’ll own the growth strategy across acquisition and retention, managing a £1m+ budget and leading a team of marketing specialists. From optimizing price comparison performance to launching loyalty programs, you’ll have the autonomy to build and execute strategies that directly impact business growth.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven track record in multichannel acquisition/retention
Experience with price comparison websites and affiliate programs
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach
Team leadership experience
Energy/utilities background beneficial but not essential
