The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, digital-native consumer brand (8-figure revenue, on track for 9) that has built a highly effective acquisition engine.

Traffic is strong. Brand is strong. Growth is strong.

But there’s a gap:

No true owner of what happens after the click

This role is about changing that.

You’ll take full ownership of the website as a commercial channel — driving conversion, increasing order value, and building the roadmap that unlocks the next stage of growth.

What You’ll Own

This is not a “manage the site” role.

This is:

Owning conversion rate, AOV, and revenue performance
Building a commercial ecommerce roadmap from scratch
Running a relentless CRO programme (test, learn, scale)
Optimising:
Product pages
Navigation & merchandising
Checkout & payment experience
Identifying where revenue is being lost — and fixing it

You’ll work closely with performance marketing, brand, and product — ensuring the site actually converts the traffic being driven.

Who This Is For

You’ll likely be someone who:

Has spent years deep in ecommerce trading, CRO, and merchandising
Has worked in a digital-native / DTC environment
Is frustrated by:
slow decision-making
lack of ownership
or being too far from impact

What You’ve Done
Owned or heavily influenced an ecommerce site’s commercial performance
Delivered measurable improvements in:
Conversion rate
AOV
On-site experience
Built or contributed to a testing roadmap
Worked hands-on with Shopify (or similar platforms)
Used data to make decisions — and acted on it quickly

£90k–£110k base (depending on experience)
