The Ideal Candidate
You’re the CRM leader who:
Has built or scaled retention marketing functions in D2C scale-ups
Can demonstrate clear ROI from your CRM strategies (we want to see the numbers!)
Thrives in “figure it out as you go” environments rather than following playbooks
Is analytically rigorous but creatively ambitious
Has experience across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail)
Preferably has Braze experience (though platform expertise matters more than specific tools)
