Now they’re looking for a Growth Lead to join their London-based team and drive their next expansion phase.

As Growth Lead, you’ll take ownership of a crucial function in a business that’s already proven its model:
They achieved UK market profitability last year
They serve over 100,000 customers across 40% of UK households
They’re expanding rapidly in the US market
They’re a certified B-Corp committed to sustainability

You’ll lead a small-but-mighty team responsible for all growth channels, working directly with the UK General Manager and sitting on the UK Leadership team.

What you’ll actually be doing
Develop and execute data-driven strategies across all acquisition channels
Manage digital channels including paid social, search, SEO, and partnerships
Optimize campaigns to minimize paybacks and maximize customer LTV
Support direct sales operations to maintain density and efficiency
Lead your team to achieve ambitious but realistic growth targets
Work with finance to forecast budgets and set targets
Drive a culture of testing and experimentation

Is this you?
Our ideal candidate brings:
5+ years in growth marketing, ideally for D2C or e-commerce brands
Hands-on experience with Paid Social & Paid Search
The perfect balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
A self-starter mentality who can take ideas from concept to execution
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
