As their new Growth Director, you’ll be the driving force behind their commercial engine, connecting media investment, performance marketing, and customer experience to fuel their rapid expansion across the UK and Europe.

This Growth Director isn’t just responsible for digital channels or performance marketing. You’ll own the entire commercial growth engine, from media mix decisions across Meta, YouTube, and OOH to sophisticated attribution modelling, CRM strategy, and international expansion.

You’ll shape how they:

Build and optimise a multi-million pound media strategy across channels and territories
Balance commercial performance with long-term brand equity (because they’re building something that lasts)
Work hand-in-glove with their Brand team to ensure every pound spent works twice as hard
Scale from £17M to £30M+ revenue while maintaining their customer obsession

You’ll Bring:

Experience driving significant growth in a fast-scaling consumer brand (ideally £20M-£50M+)
A sophisticated understanding of media strategy, attribution modelling (MMM), and full-funnel marketing
The rare ability to balance data-driven performance with brand building
Commercial sharpness with P&L ownership experience
Collaborative leadership that bridges creative and analytical thinking
Experience scaling across UK and European markets

The Package:

Base salary up to £150,000 doe
Performance-based bonus structure
Flexible working (3 days on-site in Hampshire, hotel stays covered if needed)
