What You Bring:
3-5 years of SaaS/AI sales experience with proven quota achievement
Must have: Experience selling to insurance vertical ($10K-$50K ACV deals)
Track record of pipeline development through outbound campaigns and events
Startup experience, ideally at an AI company
Founding team or early GTM experience preferred
Ownership mindset – you thrive in ambiguity and take full responsibility for outcomes
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

The Founding Package:
$85K-$120K base salary
$170K-$240K OTE (50/50 base/variable split)
