eCommerce Manager (Shopify)

This is a role for someone who wants more than just “managing a website.”
You’ll take full ownership of a high-growth DTC brand’s Shopify store — launching, testing, and improving things daily, with a direct impact on revenue.

What you’ll actually do

You’ll be in the engine room of the business — building and improving the site every day.
You’ll launch pages in 24–48h → directly increasing conversion and revenue
You’ll optimise PDPs, bundles, and the funnel → improving performance week by week
You’ll identify friction points → and fix them immediately
You’ll test ideas constantly → and scale what works

This is not theory-heavy CRO.
It’s practical: “It doesn’t convert → you fix it.”

You’ll work directly with performance data

You’ll track and act on:
Conversion rate
Add-to-cart rate
Funnel drop-offs
AOV
Page-level performance

And think like an operator:
What changed?
Why did this drop?
What should I test tomorrow?

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be senior — but you do need to be sharp, hands-on, and curious.

You likely:

Have 2–5 years in eCommerce / Shopify
Have built pages directly in Shopify yourself
Are comfortable working with numbers and performance data
Enjoy testing, learning, and improving things
Can work independently and move quickly
Fluent in English

Bonus:

DTC / DNVB experience
Subscription model exposure
A/B testing or CRO experience

Location & Salary

Paris-based (hybrid)
