We’re working with a VC-backed B2B SaaS/AI company operating in the financial technology space—helping financial services teams unlock growth through smarter data, automation, and AI. As the company scales its GTM engine, we’re hiring a Director of Demand Generation to lead strategy, pipeline growth, and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
What you’ll be doing:
Own and drive the demand generation strategy to hit pipeline and revenue targets
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid social, search, content, ABM, email, webinars)
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align on ICP, targeting, and lead quality
Optimize campaigns across the funnel with a focus on CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
Build, manage, and mentor a small-but-mighty team (and/or agency partners)
Report on performance metrics and provide insight for ongoing optimization
About you:
6–10+ years in B2B demand gen roles, ideally within SaaS or FinTech
Proven track record building and scaling pipeline for high-growth companies
Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and campaign analytics
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability—comfortable in a builder role
Experience aligning closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership
Bonus points for:
FinTech, AI, or data-driven product experience
Exposure to PLG and/or hybrid sales models
Experience running ABM campaigns for complex buyer groups
Compensation:
Base salary: $150,000 – $180,000
OTE: Up to $220,000+
