High-growth DTC Supplements Brand | Remote (US) | ~$220k total comp + equity potential

We’re partnering with a profitable, premium DTC supplements brand that’s grown to $XXM+ in run rate and is entering its next phase of scale. Creative is now the single biggest lever for unlocking more efficient growth, and this role exists to own it.

This is not a “big company, manage from a distance” role. It’s for someone who still likes being hands-on, setting the creative vision and jumping into the work when needed.

Why this role exists
– The business has scaled quickly and now needs a senior creative leader who can:
– Reignite performance on Meta as current approaches hit diminishing returns
– Unlock scale across additional SKUs and new channels (CTV and TikTok)
– Turn insights into repeatable creative frameworks, not one-off wins
– You’ll report directly to the senior leadership, work closely with the founders, and have real ownership over how creative drives growth.

What you’ll actually be doing
– Owning performance creative strategy across Meta (non-negotiable) and expanding channels
– Translating customer insight and performance data into clear frameworks, briefs, and testing roadmaps
– Personally briefing, reviewing, and iterating on creative when performance needs it
– Leading and growing a small but capable team
– Shaping long-form and CTV creative end-to-end — including concepting, scripting, talent selection, and occasional on-set shoots
– Partnering closely with external media and TikTok agencies while owning the creative POV
– Exploring how AI tools can improve creative workflows, speed, and quality

This role is a great fit if you…
– Have deep Meta performance creative experience and can clearly tie creative decisions to CAC, scale, and efficiency
– Have worked in DTC supplements (or very adjacent regulated CPG) and understand the category’s nuance and competitiveness
– Have helped scale a business from roughly $XXM to $XXXM+ — not just managed at $150M+
– Are comfortable being a player-coach: strategic thinker + hands-on executor
– Have experience building systems and frameworks that make teams better over time
– Enjoy startup-energy environments where autonomy, accountability, and momentum matter
