CRM Manager

Ready to take ownership of one of the fastest-growing CRM channels in UK eCommerce?

If you’re looking for a role where your ideas will be heard, your work will directly influence revenue, and you’ll have genuine opportunities to grow your career, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing consumer brands. The business has grown from £16m to £27m in revenue and is targeting £40m this year, which is why they’re investing heavily in CRM and expanding the team.

You’ll join as the second CRM Manager, working alongside an experienced colleague before taking ownership of the CRM function later this year. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn the business, build confidence in the role and then step into a position with real responsibility—all while being supported by an experienced Performance team.

Why you’ll love this role
Make a visible impact. CRM is one of the company’s most important revenue channels, so your work will directly contribute to business growth.
Develop your career. As the business continues to scale, so will the marketing team, creating plenty of opportunities for progression.
Enjoy genuine ownership. You’ll have the freedom to build, test and improve campaigns and customer journeys, rather than simply following a process.
Join an ambitious team. You’ll work alongside experienced marketers who have joined from leading consumer brands and are passionate about continuous improvement.
See the results of your work. Your ideas, testing and optimisation will have a measurable impact on customer engagement and commercial performance.

What you’ll bring
This role would suit someone with around 3–5 years of CRM experience who genuinely enjoys being hands-on.

You’re someone who likes building campaigns, creating automated flows, experimenting with new ideas and using data to improve results. You enjoy working inside the platform rather than simply managing agencies or approving other people’s work.

Experience with Klaviyo would be ideal, but strong hands-on experience with another CRM platform is equally welcome.

Whether you’ve built your career in-house or within an agency, what matters most is your curiosity, attention to detail and desire to keep improving the customer experience.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Hampshire.

If you’re looking for a role where you’ll have real ownership, the support to succeed and the chance to grow alongside a business that’s scaling rapidly, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now.
