The Role:
Their ideal candidate will:
– Own the global retention strategy
– Optimize customer lifetime value through data-driven decisions
– Lead their CRM and email marketing initiatives
– Develop best-in-class loyalty and referral programs
– Scale their subscription program
– Identify and execute new growth opportunities
You’ll be perfect for this role if you:
– Have proven experience in D2C subscription retention
– Are passionate about data analysis and customer insights
– Bring subscription business experience (highly desirable)
– Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
– Love testing new ideas and pivoting quickly
– Knowledge using ESPs such as Klaviyo
The Package:
– Base salary up to £65k
– Discretionary annual bonus of 10%
