With uncapped commission, realistic earnings move from £60–80k in Year 1 to £80–100k+ as momentum builds.
Strong performance also creates a clear pathway into Commercial Manager and, over time, Commercial Director as the BD function grows.
You’ll work directly with the founder every week, shaping pipeline strategy and having real input into how the business scales, without layers of hierarchy slowing decisions down.
What You’ll Be Doing
Generating 5–10 qualified client conversations per week (mix of warm, lapsed and new prospects)
Targeting D2C, CPG and growth-stage brands
Converting conversations into signed terms
Identifying live hiring needs and briefing delivery
Managing early-stage client relationships
Building consistent top-of-funnel activity that turns into revenue
