Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)
Hybrid | Central London (3 days per week) | Up to £70,000
If you’re the person who watches ads and instinctively asks…
“Why did that hook work?”
“Why did that one flop?”
“How could we make it convert even better?”
One of the world’s fastest-growing DTC pet brands is looking for a Creative Strategist to help shape the next phase of its growth.
This isn’t a role where creative is judged on opinions.
It’s judged on performance.
You’ll sit at the intersection of paid media, creative, influencer marketing and organic social, using data to uncover what resonates with customers, then turning those insights into concepts that scale.
If you enjoy digging into Meta, TikTok and YouTube performance data just as much as brainstorming your next creative angle, you’ll feel right at home.
You’ll analyse winning ads, identify patterns, write high-converting scripts, brief creators, challenge assumptions and build structured creative tests that drive measurable growth.
This is a business that moves quickly, tests constantly and genuinely values experimentation. You’ll have the freedom to influence creative strategy rather than simply execute someone else’s ideas.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:
Have 3+ years in a Creative Strategy or Performance Creative role within a DTC brand.
Know your way around Meta and TikTok advertising.
Can translate performance metrics into better creative decisions.
Love writing hooks, scripts and concepts built to convert.
Enjoy working closely with media buyers, editors and creators.
Think testing beats guessing every time.
What’s in it for you?
Up to £70,000 salary.
Join a profitable, 9-figure global consumer brand that’s still growing.
Work alongside some of the best performance marketers and creative operators in DTC.
Genuine ownership over creative strategy and experimentation.
A collaborative, ambitious culture where ideas are encouraged and results matter.
Hybrid working (3 days in a modern Central London office).
Private healthcare, generous learning budget, enhanced pension, wellbeing benefits, plenty of annual leave and, yes… dogs are welcome in the office.
If performance creative is your craft and you’re looking for somewhere your ideas can genuinely move the needle, I’d love to tell you more.
