Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media) – High-Growth DTC Brand (Remote, US-based)
I’m working with a fast-growing DTC wellness brand building a serious performance engine across paid social, search, and video. They’re hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own day-to-day paid media and scale customer acquisition profitably.
This is not a “strategy-only” role. You’ll live in-platform, own results, and work closely with creative to turn data into winning ads.
What you’ll do
– Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels
– Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns end-to-end
– Manage budgets, bids, audiences, and creative testing
– Run structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, and landing pages
– Build weekly/monthly performance reporting with clear insight
– Use attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, GA4) to guide decisions
– Partner with creative to turn performance data into better ads
– Flag opportunities, risks, and trends before they become problems
What they’re looking for
– 3–5 years hands-on paid media experience in DTC ecommerce
– Deep Meta + Google Ads experience (in-platform, not just oversight)
– Strong grasp of CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, contribution margin
– Comfortable scaling spend while protecting efficiency
– Strong testing mindset and documentation habits
– Confident turning data into clear recommendations
– Experience working closely with creative teams
Nice to have
– TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest experience
– Wellness, CPG, food & beverage, or subscription brands
– Podcast/audio ads exposure
– Shopify ecosystem familiarity
– Incrementality/MMM exposure
