Expand to secondary marketplaces once Amazon is performing
What You’ll Actually Control
Not just tactics. Strategy. You’ll own:
Amazon Seller & Vendor Central management across DACH
Advertising strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP)
Pricing, promotions, and inventory planning
Content and brand excellence across all listings
P&L reporting, forecasting, and competitive benchmarking
The hiring and team building as the function scales

Who You Are (And Whether You Should Apply)
You’ve Got This Experience
4–6+ years managing Amazon for fast-growing DTC brands (non-negotiable)
Proven track record scaling Amazon from €1–10M+ annual revenue
Deep expertise in both Seller Central and Vendor Central
Hands-on with Amazon Advertising, SEO, catalogue management, content strategy
Strong analytical mindset + P&L ownership mentality
Understanding of DACH marketplace dynamics (German, Austrian, Swiss Amazon specifics)
You’re This Type of Person
Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives when you own the outcome
Problem-solver who can build strategy in ambiguous situations
Detail-oriented but strategic—you balance tactical execution with long-term roadmap
Comfortable in cross-functional collaboration (Brand, Ops, Finance, DTC teams)
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)—both are essential
