Our client is a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand in the pet sector, and they’re doubling their marketing budget year over year.

They need a senior PPC strategist who can take complete ownership of their Google Ads account and scale performance from €2M to €4M+.

Your team tests things (one team member is currently building a podcast initiative with full company backing). There’s a culture of exploration here, not just optimisation.

What You’ll Own
Complete Google Ads account management: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Brand, Remarketing, Retention, YouTube
Product feed strategy via Google Merchant Center and Channable—catalogue quality, custom labels, feed optimisation
Performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and strategic recommendations to drive ROAS, CAC, and profitability
Cross-functional collaboration to align paid search with creative, brand, and web strategies
Agency management (UGC briefs, creative testing, feed optimisation)
You’ll be autonomous. You’re not asking permission to test bidding strategies. You’re not waiting for approvals to optimise campaigns. You have the expertise and the freedom to make strategic decisions and own the outcomes.

What We Need From You
Experience level: 4-5 years managing Google Ads at scale, preferably on the client side in DTC/e-commerce brands.
Must-have skills:
Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Pmax campaigns)
Proficiency with Google Merchant Center, Channable (or Lengow/DataFeedWatch)
Strong grasp of acquisition mechanics: CPC, bidding strategies, audiences, conversion tracking
Comfort with profitability metrics and large-budget management
GA4 proficiency
Ability to work autonomously and communicate insights clearly

Advanced Pmax experience (asset groups, signals, custom labels, enriched feeds)
Background managing substantial budgets (€1M+) for DTC brands
