Performance Marketing Creative Strategist

What you’ll be doing

Developing creative concepts for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, influencers, and broader brand channels.

Analysing performance data to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next.

Spotting cultural, competitive, and social trends — and turning them into creative opportunities.

Building smart, inspiring briefs and collaborating with creators, influencers, and production teams.

Using performance insights and competitive analysis to guide creative strategy and improve ROI.

Partnering with performance marketers to test, iterate, and scale winning assets.

Writing engaging UGC-style scripts, direct-response angles, hooks and structures for high-converting ads.

Who this suits

You’re currently in a Creative Strategist, Paid Social Creative, Meta Creative Lead, or Creative Planner role — either in-house at a DTC/CPG brand or within an agency working with them.

OR you’re a Paid Social Exec / Senior Exec with strong creative instincts who wants to step up into a more strategic creative role.

You understand how creative and performance work together, and you get just as excited by data as you do by ideas.

You’re confident briefing creators and love keeping on top of trends, formats, hooks, and what’s converting right now.
