What you’ll be doing

Crafting creative concepts for paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, influencer and brand channels, with the freedom to test and iterate.

Diving into performance data to analyse what creatives resonate, optimizing hooks, formats, and messaging based on results.

Scanning cultural, competitive, and social trends — and translating insights into fresh, on-brand creative ideas.

Writing compelling UGC-style scripts and direct-response ad copy tailored for paid social.

Collaborating with content creators, influencers, and production partners — translating briefs into high-performing creative assets.

Working closely with performance marketing teams to test, iterate, and scale winning creatives that drive conversions.

Who this suits

You’re currently a Creative Strategist, Paid Social Creative Lead / Planner, or working as a Paid Social Exec / Senior Exec — either in-house at a DTC/CPG brand or at an agency serving such clients.

You understand how creative intersects with performance — you’re as fluent with analytics and KPIs as you are with big ideas.

You thrive on fast testing cycles, iterative creative development, and working with creators to bring concepts to life.
