Our client is a premium DTC pet food brand with transparent, natural positioning. They’re 100% year-over-year growth, have hit product-market fit, and just secured an aggressive budget to scale. They need someone to own their creative strategy across paid channels.

This isn’t about executing someone else’s creative brief or waiting for approval on every test. This is hands-on creative strategy where you’ll actually brief creators, manage UGC production, optimise performance, and run experiments regularly.

The foundation is in place. Growth Manager hired ✓ Meta and TikTok channels set up ✓ Initial performance data showing what works ✓ Now they need someone to own creative strategy, scale testing, and drive results higher.

What You’ll Actually Do
Own the creative pipeline – Brief UGC creators, work with designers, optimise creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Build and execute testing roadmaps – Develop creative concepts, test new angles, optimise based on performance
Manage production – Brief internal and external creative teams, oversee UGC and static ad production
Track performance and optimise – Monitor KPIs, analyse what works, scale winning creative
Expand channels – Explore new platforms and formats when the data supports it

You’ll have autonomy to move fast, the budget to test properly, and the trust to execute without endless approval layers.

Who They’re Looking For
Experience:
2-4 years managing paid social at a DTC brand or DTC-focused agency
Hands-on experience with UGC production and briefing creators
You’ve managed the creative production pipeline, not just analysed data
Proven track record scaling creative testing
French fluent, English solid
You understand what converts in paid social
Personality:
Self-starter who takes ownership
Comfortable with rapid iteration and testing
Detail-oriented executor
Excited by growth, data-driven optimisation, and building processes
