Growth Lead – Recruitment

What you’ll actually do
Win new UK/EU client relationships
Grow and deepen existing accounts
Act as the senior commercial presence alongside delivery leadership
Support delivery selectively when needed — without being dragged into constant firefighting
Work directly with the founder on growth priorities and direction
This is a BD-first role. Delivery experience matters, but growth is the mandate.
