What you’ll do

You’ll help ambitious consumer brands hire exceptional marketing, commercial and leadership talent.

You’ll:

Research and map talent across your specialist market.
Build relationships with candidates through LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
Interview and qualify candidates.
Manage recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement.
Develop market insight that helps clients make better hiring decisions.
Build a reputation as a trusted specialist within your niche.

As your experience grows, so will your responsibility.

Who we’re looking for

You might have 6–18 months’ experience in recruitment, sales or another commercial role.

More importantly, you’ll be someone who:
