Have 2-3+ years managing Meta & TikTok campaigns at scale (not just setting up basic ads)

Have experience with UGC creators and basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
Understand e-commerce metrics like CAC, ROAS, and attribution beyond vanity metrics
Want ownership and impact, not just another “execute what you’re told” role
