What you’ll be doing:
Developing strategic creative concepts for campaigns across paid, organic, and influencer channels
Writing converting ad scripts specifically optimised for Meta platforms
Analysing performance data to understand what works and iterate accordingly
Briefing content creators across three markets with clear, actionable creative direction
Collaborating with the performance marketing team to test and scale winning concepts
Staying ahead of trends and translating cultural insights into performance-driven creative
