Your Mission: Build the entire lifecycle marketing function from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. Design customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion. Partner with product, sales, and marketing to ensure every provider gets timely, relevant, personalized communication that deepens relationships and drives meaningful outcomes.

What You Bring:
7-10 years in growth or lifecycle marketing with strong email program management
Experience in segmentation, conversion techniques, and 0-1 lifecycle builds
B2B or health tech CRM/email ownership experience
SaaS or health tech industry background preferred
Expertise with HubSpot, Customer.io, Intercom, and CRM/email systems
Strong analytical skills and A/B testing experience
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
Scrappy team experience with high ownership mentality
Bachelor’s degree
