Your Mission: Build the entire product marketing function from the ground up as their first PMM Lead, reporting directly to the CMO. You’ll define go-to-market strategy, champion the provider voice, and shape how they communicate value to clinicians. Work directly with product, sales, and design teams to drive positioning, pricing, and product roadmap decisions through deep customer insights.

What You Bring:
8-12 years in product marketing, product management, or growth marketing at high-growth SaaS
Must have: Healthcare or health-tech product marketing experience with deep industry knowledge
Built PMM function 0-1, ideally at Series A-C startups
Experience with provider-focused organizations (mental health, primary care, group practices)
Customer research, segmentation, and GTM strategy expertise
Compelling storyteller passionate about clinician happiness
Strong collaboration with product and sales teams
4-year college degree
The Founding Package:
$195K-$220K base + competitive equity (flexible cash/equity split)
