As CRM Specialist for the French market, you’ll architect customer engagement strategies that drive loyalty and growth. Working with cutting-edge technology and data insights, you’ll create campaigns that authentically resonate with French pet owners while being part of a world-class digital division.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sophisticated email and SMS campaigns in native French
Build advanced customer segments using behavioural data and lifecycle insights
Design and optimise automated flows that convert prospects into loyal customers
A/B test campaigns and use data insights to drive strategic decisions
Collaborate with international teams while maintaining an authentic French brand voice
Manage the complete French CRM ecosystem from acquisition to retention
What You’ll Bring
Native French fluency – essential for authentic customer communication
2-4 years CRM marketing experience with demonstrable results
Klaviyo expertise – strong knowledge of segmentation, flows, and analytics (Braze, Ometria, or similar will also be considered)
UK-based location with flexibility for occasional team collaboration
Growth mindset focused on building scalable CRM strategies
Desirable Experience
E-commerce background, particularly in consumer goods
HTML/CSS skills for custom email templates
Multi-channel campaign experience
What’s On Offer
£40,000-55,000 depending on experience
