As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be the strategic force in the USA market, with the freedom to:
– Shape and execute creative campaigns that resonate with US consumers (strong creative strategist)
– Lead performance marketing across Meta (core), Google, and emerging channels
– Build and optimize full-funnel growth strategies
– Explore uniquely American channels (think TV on demand, direct mail)
– Drive partnerships with brands that matter to the target audience
– Eventually, build and lead your own team
The perfect candidate will:
– Get excited about scaling DTC brands and creating memorable campaigns
– Be equally comfortable diving into performance data and brainstorming creative concepts
– Have 4-5 years of experience growing brands in the US market
– Be ready to roll up their sleeves and execute while thinking strategically
